got up with a very bad sore throat today..
and my nose felt like a running waterfall lah

and guess what?
found my little brother sleeping on the floor beside my bed o.o
..the things the new generation kids do these days...

so, today was an abnormal day.
so abnormal tt my whole body hurt like hell.
maybe cus of ystd's training..
new personal best of 328 on 122cm face(:
actually to somebody its nth, haha
her new personal best is 343 on 80cm face!!!!

anw, sent vanessa off to Turkey ystd night
with coach and the rest
